The Assistant Program Director primary responsibilities and accountabilities are to administratively create, refine, and execute the processes and procedures of the program department. Success in this position is directly tied to the program department achieving annual and strategic goals through orderly methods that seamlessly work with internal and external partners. 

As the Ministry Relationship Manager, your Primary responsibilities and accountabilities are to build relationships with ministries and donors to further the mission of Lake Geneva Ministries

The Guest Services host will work to meet the needs of the guest groups on the grounds. They will also come alongside the Program Team when available. The host would be the person that the group leaders would contact if they had any needs.​
