Day 4
Dan Huffman has been the Children’s Pastor at The Compass Church in Naperville, IL for the last 8 years. Before that, he ministered at The Chapel for 16 years. He loves children’s ministry with no plans to ever “graduate” to adult ministry. His passion for 25 years has been helping the next generation place their trust in God (Psalm 78:1-7). He graduated with a BS in Computer Information Systems and worked as a Software Developer for 15 years before being called into full-time ministry back in 1999. He later finished a MA in Christian Apologetics from Biola back in 2016 and loves engaging those with doubt.
Dan has been married to his beautiful bride, Kim, for 31 years. They have 3 grown children – Noah (28), Grace (25), and Benjamin (21). In his free time, he enjoys reading, biking, hiking, movies, playing basketball, and cheering for his favorite sports teams – Milwaukee Brewers and Milwaukee Bucks. He is honored to spend Labor Day weekend in one of his favorite places – Lake Geneva Youth Camp!
